Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into thin strips
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

- 1 tablespoon aji amarillo paste
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over high heat.
- Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the onions, bell pepper, and garlic, and cook until softened.
- Add the tomatoes, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, aji amarillo paste, and beef broth to the skillet.
- Return the beef to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
