Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 package of instant banana cream pudding mix
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of chopped macadamia nuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a tube cake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
