Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless leg of lamb
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
