Ingredients
- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all of the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and let it melt and begin to foam. Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the spinach and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp is cooked through and the spinach is wilted.
