Ingredients

  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all of the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter and let it melt and begin to foam. Add the shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the spinach and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp is cooked through and the spinach is wilted.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
