Ingredients

  • 4 (4oz) boneless, skinless fish fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Place fish fillets in a greased baking dish.
  3. Brush the fish with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the white wine, lemon juice, butter, and parsley. Heat over medium heat until butter has melted and sauce is heated through.
  6. When fish is cooked through, pour sauce over the fish.
  7. Serve warm.
