Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 4 ounces cream cheese
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Add the salmon fillets and coat them in the marinade, making sure to evenly cover them.
- Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove the salmon from the refrigerator and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Divide the cream cheese into 4 parts and place each part onto one of the salmon fillets.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
- Serve the salmon warm and enjoy!
