Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 4 ounces cream cheese

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  2. Add the salmon fillets and coat them in the marinade, making sure to evenly cover them.
  3. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Remove the salmon from the refrigerator and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Divide the cream cheese into 4 parts and place each part onto one of the salmon fillets.
  7. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  8. Serve the salmon warm and enjoy!
