Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
Gradually blend in dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips and cocoa powder.
Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.
Let cool in pan before cutting into squares.
