Ingredients

  • 5-6 potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, white vinegar, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
