Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon, cut into 4 fillets
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 ounces fettuccini pasta
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon fillets and cook for 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- Add the white wine, butter, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper to the skillet. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
- Return the salmon to the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the fettuccini pasta according to the package directions.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Serve the salmon and fettuccini with the white wine sauce.
