Ingredients
1 pound salmon, cut into 4 fillets
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup butter

Directions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Return the salmon to the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the fettuccini pasta according to the package directions.
Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir to combine.
Serve the salmon and fettuccini with the white wine sauce.
