Ingredients
- 4 slices Italian bread
- 4 slices Pancetta
- 4 slices Fresh Mozzarella
- 4 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat a panini press or a large skillet over medium heat.
- Brush one side of each slice of bread with olive oil. Place two slices of bread on the panini press or skillet, oiled-side down.
- Top each slice of bread with a slice of pancetta and a slice of mozzarella. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top the mozzarella with the remaining two slices of bread oiled-side up. Grill the sandwiches for 4-5 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
