Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 2 tablespoons almond milk

- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, applesauce, almond milk, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Line a muffin tin with baking cups and fill each cup with batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
