Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, applesauce, almond milk, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Gently fold in blueberries.
  4. Line a muffin tin with baking cups and fill each cup with batter.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
