Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked spinach
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a food processor, combine cooked spinach, oat flour, dark chocolate chips, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and sea salt until combined.
  3. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Let cool before cutting into squares.
