Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 zucchini, diced

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and garlic to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the thyme, salt, pepper, turmeric, ginger, and cumin and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
