Ingredients

  • 1 lb of salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp of ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup of rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, and brown sugar in a bowl.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them.
  4. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top of the salmon.
  5. Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  6. Serve the salmon with rice and your favorite vegetables.
