Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked salmon, flaked
  • 2 cups diced cucumbers
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the salmon, cucumbers, red onion, tomatoes, and feta.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, and salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
