Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the red pepper flakes, oregano and basil and sauté for 1 minute, stirring frequently.
Add the spiralized yellow squash and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the squash is just tender.
Stir in the ricotta cheese and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Remove the skillet from the heat and set aside.
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Place the naan bread in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until lightly browned.
Divide the squash mixture between the naan bread and serve.
