Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup diced mango
  • 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup diced kiwi
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Directions

  1. Combine the diced strawberries, mango, pineapple, and blueberries in a medium bowl and mix together.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the maple syrup or honey, coconut milk, and orange juice.
  3. Pour the liquid mixture over the fruit and stir until everything is well coated.
  4. Divide the mixture into individual plastic cups, cover with lids, and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  5. When ready to serve, remove the cups from the freezer and let sit for a few minutes before enjoying.
