Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, protein powder, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into an 8-inch pie dish.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
  6. When cool, sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped peanuts on top of the pie.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
