Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 cans (12 ounces each) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, cardamom and nutmeg.
  3. Separate biscuits, then dip each biscuit in butter mixture.
  4. Place biscuit pieces in a greased 10-in. fluted tube pan; sprinkle with walnuts.
  5. In a small bowl, mix butter, brown sugar and honey; drizzle over biscuits.
  6. Bake 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan 5 minutes; invert onto a serving plate. Serve warm.
