In a large bowl, combine the pork, garlic, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and white pepper. Mix until everything is evenly incorporated.
Lay out a wonton wrapper and place a teaspoon of the pork filling in the center of the wrapper.
Using your finger, wet the edges of the wonton wrapper with water.
Bring the two sides of the wrapper together and press the edges down to seal the wonton.
Repeat until all the pork filling is used.
Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the wontons. Boil for 5 minutes, or until the wontons are cooked through.
Remove the wontons from the water and serve in your favorite wonton noodle soup.
