Ingredients
- 1 head of romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of white balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the extra-virgin olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
