Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 can refried beans
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Tortilla chips for serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly.
Drain off excess fat.
Add refried beans and taco seasoning mix to the ground beef in the skillet and stir until combined.
Spread the beef mixture in an even layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
In a medium bowl, stir together the sour cream, salsa, and green onions.
Spread the sour cream mixture over the top of the cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and dip is bubbly.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
