Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Tortilla chips for serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly.
- Drain off excess fat.
- Add refried beans and taco seasoning mix to the ground beef in the skillet and stir until combined.
- Spread the beef mixture in an even layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the beef mixture.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the sour cream, salsa, and green onions.
- Spread the sour cream mixture over the top of the cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and dip is bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
