Ingredients

Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
- Add the kale and simmer for 5 more minutes.
- Stir in the cream and cook until heated through.
