1 lb white fish fillets, such as cod, halibut, or mahi-mahi
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup sliced red onion
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
8 warm flour or corn tortillas
Directions
Cut fish into 2-inch chunks.
In a small bowl, combine cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over fish and toss to coat.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add fish to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
In a separate bowl, combine onion, cabbage, cilantro and lime juice. Toss to combine.
To assemble tacos, place a few pieces of fish in each tortilla, top with slaw and serve.
