Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 lb. cooked pasta
Directions
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, cook the ground turkey, onion, bell pepper, and garlic for 10 minutes, or until the turkey is cooked through.
- Add the oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to the skillet and mix well.
- Add the Parmesan, mozzarella, and ricotta cheeses to the skillet and mix well.
- Add the milk and mix well.
- Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the cheese is melted and the sauce is thick and creamy.
- Serve hot.
