Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Add the bread crumbs and mix until just combined.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
