Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Add the bread crumbs and mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
