Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is cooked through and onion is softened, about 8 minutes.
  3. Add cabbage, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Cook until cabbage is softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and beef broth. Cook until liquid is absorbed, about 3 minutes.
  5. Transfer beef mixture to a 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
