Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.

- In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, oil, and vanilla. Stir the wet ingredients into the oat mixture until well blended.
- Stir in the walnuts and raisins.
- Drop cookie dough by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet.
