Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
Add the dry ingredients in three additions, alternating with the buttermilk, mixing just until combined.
Brew the two bags of chai tea in 1 cup of boiling water.
Add the chai tea to the cupcake batter and mix until combined.
Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each liner 3/4 full with batter.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a cupcake comes out clean.
Let cool completely before frosting.
