  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  4. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
