Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Directions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ham and onion and cook until the onion is softened and the ham is beginning to brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

  7. Garnish with parsley, if desired, and serve.
