Ingredients
2 filets of white fish (cod, haddock or halibut)
1/2 cup cooked crabmeat
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup chopped shallots
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, mix together the cooked crabmeat, butter, white wine, shallots, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Set aside.
Place the filets on a greased baking sheet and spoon the crabmeat mixture onto each filet, spreading it out evenly.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables.

Pan-searing is a great way to cook fish quickly and keep it moist.
