Mouthwatering Crabmeat Pan-Seared Filets

Ingredients

  • 2 filets of white fish (cod, haddock or halibut)
  • 1/2 cup cooked crabmeat
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1/4 cup chopped shallots
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cooked crabmeat, butter, white wine, shallots, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Set aside.
  3. Place the filets on a greased baking sheet and spoon the crabmeat mixture onto each filet, spreading it out evenly.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  5. Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables.
