Ingredients
- 2 filets of white fish (cod, haddock or halibut)
- 1/2 cup cooked crabmeat
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup chopped shallots
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, mix together the cooked crabmeat, butter, white wine, shallots, parsley, salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder. Set aside.
- Place the filets on a greased baking sheet and spoon the crabmeat mixture onto each filet, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
- Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables.
