Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking dish.
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Chop the stems and set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the onion and garlic in the butter for 5 minutes, or until softened. Add the chopped mushroom stems, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes more.
Add the wine to the pan and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Swiss cheese.
Stuff the mushroom caps with the cheese mixture. Place the mushrooms in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender.
