- 1/4 cup (50 g) sugar

- 1/2 cup (170 g) jam or preserves of your choice
- 1/2 cup (50 g) chopped nuts of your choice
Directions
- In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the flour mixture to the cream cheese mixture and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough out into a 12-inch (30 cm) circle. Spread the jam or preserves evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch (2.5 cm) border around the edge.
- Sprinkle the chopped nuts over the jam.
- Cut the dough into 12 wedges and roll each wedge up from the wide end to the point.
- Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 350°F (177°C) for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool completely before serving.
