Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup warm water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, sea salt, garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
  3. Add olive oil, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and chopped parsley. Mix until combined.
  4. Slowly add warm water to the mixture and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead for 3-4 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  6. Roll out the dough to desired thickness and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
