Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, sea salt, garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
- Add olive oil, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and chopped parsley. Mix until combined.
- Slowly add warm water to the mixture and mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead for 3-4 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
- Roll out the dough to desired thickness and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
