Ingredients
- 1/2 cup organic cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup organic heavy cream
- 1/2 cup organic sugar
- 1/2 cup organic vodka
- 1/4 cup organic coffee liqueur
- 1/4 cup organic hazelnut liqueur
- 1/4 cup organic almond liqueur
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together the cocoa powder, heavy cream, and sugar until combined.
- Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled cocoa mixture with the vodka, coffee liqueur, hazelnut liqueur, and almond liqueur. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled in small cordial glasses.
