Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup organic heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup organic sugar
  • 1/2 cup organic vodka
  • 1/4 cup organic coffee liqueur
  • 1/4 cup organic hazelnut liqueur
  • 1/4 cup organic almond liqueur

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the cocoa powder, heavy cream, and sugar until combined.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooled cocoa mixture with the vodka, coffee liqueur, hazelnut liqueur, and almond liqueur. Stir to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve chilled in small cordial glasses.
