1 cup old-fashioned oats

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, applesauce, honey, and vanilla extract until combined.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
Using a tablespoon, scoop out the dough and form into balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool before serving.
