Ingredients
3 large tomatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange the tomato slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle with the salt, pepper, garlic and red pepper flakes.
Roast the tomatoes for 15 minutes, until they are lightly browned and softened.
Meanwhile, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
To assemble the salad, arrange the tomato slices on a plate. Top with the mozzarella slices and torn basil leaves.
Drizzle with the balsamic dressing and serve.
