Ingredients
- 3 large tomatoes, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the tomato slices on a baking sheet and drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle with the salt, pepper, garlic and red pepper flakes.
- Roast the tomatoes for 15 minutes, until they are lightly browned and softened.
- Meanwhile, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- To assemble the salad, arrange the tomato slices on a plate. Top with the mozzarella slices and torn basil leaves.
- Drizzle with the balsamic dressing and serve.
