Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut the cauliflower into four steaks by slicing it from top to bottom. Remove any leaves and trim off the bottom of the stem.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
- Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the olive oil mixture.
- Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower steaks are golden-brown and fork-tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
