Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut the cauliflower into four steaks by slicing it from top to bottom. Remove any leaves and trim off the bottom of the stem.
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
Brush both sides of the cauliflower steaks with the olive oil mixture.
Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower steaks are golden-brown and fork-tender.
Serve warm and enjoy!
