Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup sherry wine
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
- In a shallow dish, mix the sherry, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, and let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Pour the remaining marinade over the chicken and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve the chicken with the sauce.
