Directions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat.
- Stir in the white chocolate chips, condensed milk, cherries, almond extract, and salt until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish that has been lightly greased.
- Sprinkle the crushed pistachios evenly over the top.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until the fudge is firm.
