Ingredients

  • 2 cups of white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 ounces) of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup of dried cherries
  • 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/3 cup of crushed pistachios

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat.
  2. Stir in the white chocolate chips, condensed milk, cherries, almond extract, and salt until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish that has been lightly greased.
  4. Sprinkle the crushed pistachios evenly over the top.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until the fudge is firm.
  6. Cut into small squares and enjoy!
