Ingredients
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 tablespoons oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon ground coriander

Directions
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the cumin seeds and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add the coriander, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, garam masala and salt and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add the okra and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the okra is tender and lightly browned.
Stir in the cilantro and cook for 1 minute.
Serve hot.
