Ingredients
- 4 fresh peaches, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced peaches, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir until ingredients are well incorporated.
- Spread the peach mixture onto a baking sheet, and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with cilantro.
- Serve warm.
