Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and cocoa powder until smooth.
- Add sugar and whisk until combined. Add eggs and vanilla, whisking until smooth.
- Add flour and salt and stir until just combined.
- Spread batter into prepared pan and spread out evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter onto the top of the brownie batter. Use a knife to swirl peanut butter into the batter.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
