Ingredients

  • 1 cup of white rice
  • 1/2 pound of cooked ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup of onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup of chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked rice, ham, onion, celery, bell pepper, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, parsley, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  5. Top with the shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
