Ingredients

  • 2 heads of broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 1/2 cup of diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup of diced celery
  • 1/2 cup of bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of toasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, red onion, celery, bacon bits, cranberries and sunflower seeds. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
