Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Champagne
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 cup of pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup of lime juice
  • 1/4 cup of grenadine syrup
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of brandy
  • 2 cups of soda water
  • Ice cubes

Directions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, lime juice, grenadine syrup, sugar and brandy.
  2. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add the champagne and soda water and stir gently.
  4. Add a few ice cubes and garnish with orange slices and fresh mint leaves.
  5. Serve immediately.
