In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Stir in the half-and-half and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture is thick and bubbly. Reduce heat to low and stir in the blue cheese and Worcestershire sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the cooked bacon. Serve warm.
