2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
2 eggs

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream together the melted butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the almond extract.
Mix in the dry ingredients until just blended. Fold in the blueberries. Spoon the batter into muffin cups, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
