Ingredients
- 2 cups diced rhubarb
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix rhubarb, white sugar and 1/4 cup flour. Spread mixture in the prepared baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, oats, almonds, 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb mixture.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
